Ok it would cost a couple million bucks. So, it's not going to happen. But if I were in charge of the Kerry campaign and someone said "what do we need to do to win Virginia," here is what I would tell them.
I have no campaign experience at all, so this is just an ignoramus spouting off :).
Short version is that I think Virginia can be turned blue with the existing ground game plus 5 ads, 1 of which is already running elsewhere.
Update [2004-10-22 11:55:5 by FredFred]: If enough people here say that they would kick in, I can contact MoveOn about the "WMD" ad and see how much money we'd have to raise for them to give it play in Virginia. Spots are only a few hundred in most parts of the state.
